I thought this activity gym would be too much for sweet Tian, but he loved it. Up, under the gym is a mirror, and I was being visit taught today, Tian sat under the gym, grinning and squealing at himself. So cute!

Tian @ 8 weeks
11.11.08
Tian is quite the little charmer. It is amazing 8 weeks have passed; but yet, I can't imagine our life without him. He is sleeping 3-4 hours at night, waking up for a 4 ounce bottle, then goes right back to sleep. During the day, he is still eating between every 2-3 hours.
He has been getting very distracted while chugging his bottle these days, he is too busy grinning while eating! If his grin is wide enough (which is often, I love seeing that gummy grin!), we have noticed a dimple on his left cheek.
If he is trying to get our attention, he will either grunt or squeal! Once we look at him, he gives us one of those gummy grins.
He is ticklish on his feet, his forearms, and his tummy! I can't wait for him to just giggle on his own! He will grunt and somewhat giggle when we tickle his tummy and armpits, and gets very squirmy when we tickle his feet and forearms!
We love you Tian and can't wait for 80+ more weeks!
His hands are always in his mouth! I am going to have a hard time knowing when he is teething because his hands are ALWAYS in his mouth!

Tian Rolling@ 8 weeks
11.11.08
I have mentioned it once before on my blog, but I wanted to document it with a video. This is a video of Tian in the middle of rolling; I can't really predict WHEN he is going to roll, so I wasn't prepared!
Trey ONLY rolled. He rolled around the house at a year, I thought he would never crawl; let alone walk. He eventually crawled (the day after his first birthday; at Roaring Springs!) and then walked (at 16 months- RIGHT before Halloween which made me so happy! He was going to be a dragon with the cutest tail! I wanted him to walk in his costume!). So, for Tian to be rolling is a HUGE step in hopefully the right direction!

Week Update!
I thought my life was going to stop as I was searching for a certain picture on my camera. Trey had just finished taking a video of some sort with my camera and somehow deleted a weeks worth of pictures. (which I am embarrassed to admit was about 80+ pictures!) I thought I was going to cry, but realized our little mishap could have been sooooooooo much worse. So, here is a recap of what we did for the week of November 6-11
November 7th
Watched the kids at Miss Michelle's home. The older kids had the day off, it was fun watching Trey interact with the bigger kids! Tanner and Tyler were there; two of Trey's idols. He had fun watching them play computer games and helping the younger kids beat up on Tyler!
Found some amazing deals at Goodwill. Yes, of all places! I was dropping off some donations and thought I would look inside; hearing from one of my bestest friends that Goodwill sells seasonal items from Target after the holidays. I am so glad I listened to my friend; I got some amazing items for next to nothing. LOVE YOU friend for always letting me in on little secret deals!
Justin stayed home with the boys while I enjoyed an evening celebrating an friend/co-worker's birthday at Jonny Carino's! I haven't been around many of my co-workers since my maternity leave; it was nice to see them. I think it was even nicer to enjoy a night to myself and eat yummy food! Before the party, I walked into a crime scene!!! (I know my dad would have LOVED it!) I was at a Starbucks getting a gift certificate for my friend, and as I was leaving, a police officer was talking very softly with the coffee girl. At first I thought they were a couple, but soon realized they were not. After hearing their conversation, I realized that they had just been robbed. As I was walking out to my car, there were two other police officers surrounding the building holding their guns! SCARY! I quickly called my friends Chelsea Ann and Abbey to tell them the exciting news!
November 8th
Breakfast with the Stevens at Market Limone! LOVE this new little place in downtown Nampa! Chelsea Ann had been there before to shop! I think it is my new favorite place!
We promised Trey we would go to the Sand Dones, but the weather was too windy. Instead, we went to the movie Mamma Mia. Trey LOOOOOOOOOVED, as did the rest of us! Trey was more interested in it then High School Musical. I couldn't believe his attention span with the movie. Seriously, the whole movie he was either sitting on his own, glued to the screen, or sitting on Justin's lap; glued to the screen. After the movie, I noticed that they had a "Sing-a-long Version" and decided to get a bunch of girls from church to join me the following Tuesday for $1!!!
November 9th
Church! Another nice Sunday where I could casually get my boys ready for church, and enjoy the relaxing peace a Sunday morning could bring, sans prepping for a lesson! Brother/Bishop Anderson does a WAY better job then I could ever do! Thank Heavens!
Spent the evening printing pages from my blog. After printing 1,000+ pages, we figured there has got to be a better way of printing them off. Any suggestions?!
November 10th
Cleaning dental appointment with Dr. Scott Carter. One of my favorite doctors, next to Dr. Timmy West of course. Scott is 32, just had his 2nd kidney transplant, and is recently engaged. He is also starting his own practice, alone. He has been practicing with his Dad, Brother, and Sister for 8 years and has started building his own practice. He is such a gentle, kind dentist. He always calls Justin with construction questions. Congrats Dr. Carter to your recent engagement! ALSO, Erin Elliott, if you are reading this, his hygenist is friends with your sister-in-law Brandy! Small world! (I think her name was Hailey!)
After my cleaning appointment, it was on to my work on Eagle Road for my flu and PPD shot! I got to see Emily Davis' baby Chase and Kenley! Such a sweet baby, Emily looks amazing! Getting my shots in front of Trey was a perfect teaching time.
November 11th-Tian is 8 weeks today!!!
Book Club was at Wendy's home and we discussed Tuesdays with Morrie. LOVED THE BOOK! LOVED it! It made me think about dying and death in a totally different way. I seriously want a living funeral if I can plan my death in any way! My new favorite book by far!
Book Club ended and a group of us went and saw Mamma Mia! Sang our hearts out (lucky me, I was sitting in the middle of Angie and Erin who have amazing voices and new every word! I just tried to sing along, mostly reading the words on the screen!) We bopped to the music, swayed, and eventually, towards the end.... WE DANCED!!!!!!!!!!! It was the best movie experience I have ever had! I am sure we looked like complete idiots, but we weren't alone. We encouraged another group of ladies on a girls night adventure to join us in the fun! It was so much fun!!!!
So, there I have it! My week in a nutshell!
