HSM3
10.24.08
This is the a day we have had on the calendar since June 1st, 2008! High School Musical 3 was coming to the theater, and Trey and I were going to be in the theater, on opening night!
We first started the evening at Red Robin where we met our friend Erin Buckley for dinner. Trey was excited to eat with Erin!

We later met up with Alyce, Jessica, and their girls for the show. We wanted to get a good seat, so we planned on getting to the theater 1 hour early. We purchased the tickets on line days before the opening day, to beat the crowds and lines of course. That was NOT needed, considering there were no lines :) ! We thought that maybe we were the first ones there for the 7:30 show, but we actually ended up being 15th or so in line!
This summer, Trey wouldn't even come close to these cardboard cut-outs. With his girlfriends by his side, he didn't have one problem being brave!
Trey waiting in line for an hour before the doors to the theater open
Once the doors to the theater opened, everyone rushed the doors, not allowing the "clean-up crew" to do their job. This made them upset, but, who was going to stop us?!
Alyce found us a perfect seat on an exit row! Thanks Alyce.
Tian comfy in his carseat and BundleMe, compliments of Sommers and JJCole!
Trey glued to the screen.
Trey hanging from the railing; which is what he did through most of the movie.
A big "thank you" to our friends for a fun night! Thank you Erin, Alyce and Jessica for helping me with Trey and Tian. Trey would have eventually fallen from the railing I am pretty sure of if it wasn't for the three of you. Thanks for letting him sit on your laps and for keeping him so quiet and happy. Thank you Erin for watching Tian TWICE while I took Trey to the restroom. I didn't realize how challenging it could be taking two children to the movie. Thank you guys for helping my first experience go so smoothly! We had a wonderful time!
