After Tian was down for the evening and Justin was fast asleep on the Tramp with Trey and "the cousins," my brother Robert, my Grandma and I stayed up until the wee hours of the morning canning green beans. To my surprise, Robert REALLY got into it. We only made 7 quarts, but it was fun doing it. My mom borrowed a pressure cooker from a friend and Robert did some research on the internet about timing and techniques. I think they turned out really nice. Thanks Robert for finishing up the huge project while I snored on the couch!
