After an afternoon of shopping with Sommers and Shaydon, Shaydon came back to our home while Sommers got her hair done. We are really enjoying this "tradition" of Shaydon joining us for an afternoon while his mom gets all primped!
Trey was asleep for the first portion of the afternoon, so I tried to get some pictures of Shaydon all by himself. He is such a smiley guy, it was hard to choose just one picture out of the many I took!
Like his "faux hawk?" So cute, thanks to his mama!
After our picture taking, Trey woke up and we decided to build a car track right around Shaydon! Hilarious!!!
It was so much fun watching Shaydon's reaction as the cars would pass him.
Soon, Trey wanted to join Shaydon in the middle of the track to see what all the fun was about!
The rest of the afternoon was spent on a walk to Miss Michelle's home. Trey wanted to ride his scooter (which by the way, he didn't even get past our mail box before he was done. So, the scooter ended up at the bottom of the stroller Shaydon was riding in!),it was such a nice day. Almost too nice for Trey's dark washed jeans. So, after our walk, it was back to our house for Shaydon's nap and a quick outfit change for Trey. This was the first day of the year for shorts!
Thanks to Sommers for letting us play with Shaydon for the afternoon! Trey loves his little friend "Baby Shaydon" as he so fondly calls him!
