We waited until the morning after Tian's birthday to let him open his last gift, given to him by Grandma and Grandpa Bend. A lot of thought went into Tian's gift, and as you can tell, he not only loved opening his gift (without his brother's help, who was still fast asleep!) but he adored his new tractor. Grandpa Bend wanted to write on the Farmer's face, 'Grandpa Bend', but Grandma Bend grabbed the sharpie out of his hand and told him he couldn't.
Tian looking into the package at his present.
Ripping off the wrapping paper. Terrible picture but it really shows how quickly he was ripping!
Look at these cute pj's from Grandma Bend! So stinkin' cute. I also reminded her they are Bend High colors, blue and gold. AWWWW, sentimental!
This picture is a bit freaky. Tian was going so crazy with the tractor, all you can see are his little toes at the bottom of the picture, you can't even see his body because Tian was so crazy excited!
Poor little farmer, left in the dust.
AAAANNNDD, the tractor (and Tian) are off!
Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Bend for your thoughtful, caring ways. Thank you for thinking of Tian on his birthday and for making his birthday THAT more special! We love you!
