blood

3.16.10
After the boys naps, they both woke up with blood in their ears. We were told that this was fairly normal, and to irrigate the ear with the medicated drops we picked up the night before. I wasn't surprised about Tian's left ear bleeding; that was the ear he was complaining about shortly after surgery.

The one thing that really surprised me about Trey was that I could actually hear him breath. I don't think I have ever heard him breath. And to hear him breath from across the room was quite surprising. His throat was a bit scratchy, and sore. We were also told he would have extremely bad breath for two to three weeks following surgery. NICE! I also realized Trey rarely has a runny nose. After surgery, he had a runny nose.
